Beach Trip!!

WE had soooo MUCH fun at the beach..we had some issues with the car on the way home but the Lord let us make it home without the car cutting off again!! PRAISE THE LORD! I have a ton of pictures so bare with me! :)

Habits...

So everytime we go to Chick-fil-A they always give a book as a toy and if you trade in the book, they will give you an ice cream cone... Well I have been saving mine FOREVER and I have a HUGE stash in my car so the last 4 afternoons Ryder and I have been heading to go get some ice cream... I think he likes it.. What do you think??

23 Months Old!!! & The Water Park

This was you 1 year ago!! :( Sad how fast this time has gone by!)

*You wear a size 4 diaper, although potty training will be working its way into our lives VERY soon, you have been pulling your diaper off ALL the time and peeing/pooping on the floor so its about time!!
*You wear size 12 month shorts still but some are beginning to get too short...you are wearing size 18 month -24 month shirts

*You STILL weigh 25 pounds and are 33 inches long

*You are going through a spurt of sleeping with Mommy and Daddy around 3 am everyday... were going to have to work on this because were EXHAUSTED!

*You are talking more and more in sentences and are saying the funniest thing...your favorite thing to say is "Mommy that hurt me" ..you say that ALL the time regardless of how bad it "hurt" you

*You have started putting your face under the water in the bathtub and blowing bubbles

*You still LOVE the zoo, and if I ever ask you what you want to do today you say "Momma, the zoo! Momma, the hoo hoo hee hee (monkey), MOMMA THE CHOO CHOO" Its soo funny how all of a sudden you start to think of all your favorite things"

*You ask  me to play in your "panpox" (sandbox) EVERY DAY even though its 2000 degrees outside!

 We went to watch Ryders Uncle Paul run a Triathalon at the YMCA last week and while we waited we got to play in their Splash Pad.. As you can see Ryder had a blast!

I told Ryder it was time to go, so of course he put his fingers in his ears and acted like he couldn't hear me! Atleast I got it as proof for when he's older!

I can't believe your about to be 2!!! I am SOO excited about your upcoming Birthday party!! Its going to be a blast! :)



Random Things...

Ryder and I had a date at Barnes a Noble the other night... It was a little overwhelming running around keeping him from throwing books on the floor, while he's yelling ALL sorts of things like "Mommy!! A MONKEY!!" "MOMMY A CHOO CHOO" "MOMMY A WITTLE GERL" he is just all about talking these days and non stop... They had a little train table set up and we were probably there for a good 45 minutes playing with the train.. he had a blast..

So I saw on another blog, their son was wearing this shirt! I SOOO need to buy this for Ryder because its OH so TRUE! :)

  Today is my last day keeping my niece and nephew for the summer.. its been SOO much fun Ryder has had a blast with them and I am pretty sure that they have been having fun too! Yesterday we went for ice cream and I let each of them get a cone for themselves.. I know I'm pretty crazy but they ate it ALL and when I say ALL I mean ALL.. I had to peel the paper that is around the bottom of the cone off so they could finish it! They are soo cute! I just love them!

Colemans Visit!

Erics aunt and uncle came down with their kids and we had SOO much fun with them! We went to Frankies Fun Park and the kids had a blast! We even played mini bowling which Ryder thought was soo cool he could throw a ball in side! ha! Here are some pictures!

Sunday night after we were done playing and went for ice cream Eric asked if their kids wanted to come spend the night and of COURSE they wanted too.. I mean who wouldn't?! So we stayed up until midnight watching a movie and we had alot of fun!

Dancing in the Rain & Birthday Outfit!

So yesterday was a very LOW key day... I had no plans and it was NICE! We met my mom for lunch at the mexican restaurant San Jose.. and there MIGHT be the cutest childrens boutique EVER next door :) WHAT A SHAME! ... well I happened to go over there and they were having a HUGE sale which I MIGHT have gotten an e-mail about earlier :) AND I said do you have anything on sale that has to do with golf because and as I started rambling about Ryders birthday party being at the golf course it was like the skies opened up and out from heaven came this outfit which I MAY or MAY NOT have bought! :) for.... $20!!!! I can't wait to get it monogrammed and get his birthday pictures taken in it!

  Then we came home took a nap and played and danced in the rain :) Ryder LOVED it! He splashed in all the puddles, threw dirt, and tried to skip rocks.. we had to do a bath afterwards but he sure wasn't complaining!

You think when he's 16 hes going to remember me being the coolest mom ever?!? I sure hope so!
