Eric and I lost our camera charger so we have been taking pictures on our cameras! So bear with us on the pictures...this update is about John and Neesie coming to visit it was super fun..we went to a corn maze which was hilarious! we all split up and only ended up seeing each other once during the 2 HOURS we were lost! We went through the maze at night with flashlights and OF COURSE Eric and I KICKED BUTT AND BEAT EVERYONE!:) so in these pictures everyone is holding up their numbers...paul and amanda came in really close behind us only a minute or two after we won, john and neesie were a way's behind but it was a blast!

ONE YEAR!

You know honestly I do not know whether to laugh or cry that it's our 1 year. On one hand I can't believe WE MADE IT haha and on the other hand I'm kind of sad that time is going by so fast. Who knew that I would marry my Hot dog Heaven boss :). God really has a sense of humor! Alot has happened this past year mostly fun and exciting times being newlyweds and then yet it has had its moments when I thought does anyone elses husband hang his dirty clothes on the towel hook behind the bathroom door? Because if someone is out there I stand corrected! Overall this has been the most fun and full of love year that I could have imagined. I can't wait to see what is coming up in our future!

The fairs in town!

Eric and I and my ENTIRE family went to the fair Friday. It was alot of fun and I didn't realise it would be so much fun just watching their faces as they ride rides. Eric and I both hate rides I am literally terrified of all the rides and Eric gets sick. SOOO we just watched all the little ones have fun and had fun petting the animals and watching the ducks swim down the slide. We forgot our camera so here are some of Pam's pictures..if you look at the dragon Clay and Trevor are making a fun face in the second cart they said it was SCARY!

Trevor got the Game Ball!

Eric and I didn't realize that Trevor and Ty (my 2 cousins) had been playing baseball behind our house. To clarify the elementary school is literally in our backyard and the baseball and soccer fields are also behind our house. So when we found that out we went to there baseball game. Eric and I had no idea we were such good luck charms because not only did they win Trevor won the "game ball"! Here are some cute pictures

Mourning the Loss of a GREAT man

This morning a really good friend of my families past away from a short fight with cancer. He was such a great witness to everyone around him and I was so happy for him to finally meet the man he worked so hard for here. He had 5 girls the oldest hasn't graduated from high school yet, so they are going to need a lot of prayer. Please pray for these girls to stay strong in the Lord and not to give up hope. I looked this morning on one of the daughters facebook page and the oldest girl Garner Leigh said on her page what I think is the best way to say it : "You give and take away, my heart will choose to say Lord blessed be Your name. 2 Cor 12:9-10...please pray" As you can see they are all amazing people. Please pray for the girls.

This is the last journal entry in his website that is just a great amazing testimony to read http://www.caringbridge.org then type in stevecaswell

Hi everyone. This is Garner-Leigh, Steve's oldest daughter. Please beg God tonight for my Daddy's healing. He is in the hospital because his white blood cell count is extremely low and his platelet numbers are down. Im not totally sure what that means except his body cant fight diseases without white blood cells and his blood wont clot without platelets. Also pray for my Mommy because she isnt getting much sleep. God is still meeting every need, in ways only He can. He has calmed our hearts with peace and He continues to pour His love into our family. Thank you for allowing Him to work through many of you. You continue to encourage us and provide for our other needs like dinner etc. I want to encourage yal too. We aren't losing hope and yal shouldnt either. Jesus defeated sin, death, and sickness on the cross. As believers, we too have the power of resurrection in us! My Daddy is fighting a major battle right now, but the war has been won. Jesus is victorious. But please continue fight this battle with my Daddy and family in prayer. And also thank Jesus for sacrificing Himself to save us. He is what gives us hope, we would be totally lost without Him.
