Riley Jaymes!

We went to TN for Thanksgiving and I was DYING to see my new niece and hold her. She is soo precious and soo beautiful! I didn't get any pictures of our thanksgiving festivities or Ryder in his ADORABLE shirt I had ordered for him so I am kind of bummed.. BUT I did get some really good pictures of Riley!! :)

We had to watch Ryder like a hawk because he REALLY wanted to crawl in this with Riley..

Grams taught Ryder how to jump in the leaves and he LOVED it!

Christmas Tree OH Christmas Tree

I always decorate for Christmas WAY before the normal people do, but after putting all of the work into decorating for it YOU might as well enjoy it! Thats my philosophy anyways... After we put Ryder to bed last night Eric went out and got a REAL Christmas tree. We have never done a real one we have always just put our fake one up. But this year it is SO much better!! He even bought festive Christmas tree cookies for us and we listend to Christmas music!! We stayed up until about 12:30 but it would have been soner, if we hadn't of started decorating the tree before my husband realized our fake tree was "pre-lit" meaning I had just started decorating this Christmas tree without any lights on it! So thank goodness walmart is open 24/7!! After a quick run to the store we were back in business!! When I got Ryder up this morning he kept going oohh oohhh oohhh it was really cute! He hasn't pulled an ornament off YET, but he HAS started opening other people's presents. We'll have to work on a gate or something to keep him out of it! But I"m not sure even a gate will hold my little man out!

One Word: DAREDEVIL!

I don't know where my child has been getting this new side of personality from but it is DEFINETLY not from his scaredy cat mother. Over the last week or so Ryder has been standing up on top of his scooter cars, and chairs, and whatever he can get his hands on. AND on top of standing on these things with WHEELS might I add, he puts his hands up in the air like LOOK MOMMY NO HANDS!! I am just about to die, he is definetly ALL BOY! I dont know what to do with him. Tonight when Paul and Amanda came to pick up the kids Ryder randomly somehow managed to crawl into his grocery cart... later tonight I was able to catch THIS on video!!! I hope this phase passes soon!!!

Fun Day!

I watched Amanda and Paul's kids today while they moved over to the new house and boy did I have my hands full! It really wasn't bad, the worst part was teaching the kids to "share" especially MY child... I think the "only" child factor is definetly playing a role! We played hard at home, went to the playground, made homemade pizza, and took a nap... ALL of us! Including myself :).. Then we woke up and played some more!! Here are some pictures!!!

15 Months Old!

Ryder is changing SOO much day to day!! He is definitely hitting his attitude stage and Eric and I are having to control our laughter when he does bad things because its just too cute! Here is what you are up to these days!!

*You weigh 23 pounds

* I am not sure how tall you are but at your next appointment I will update this!

* You wear size 12 month clothes UNLESS they are a one piece outfit in that case 18 month

* You wear a size 3 diaper

* You LOVE food, anything, grapes, bananas, mac n cheese, pizza, chicken nuggets, cheese, and the list goes on and on and on

*You are really getting into saying no, no, no before you do something bad BUT you still do it, and just look at me and smile, as if saying no gives you the right to do it

* You are saying more words everyday: your newest ones are car, yes, and lights and of COURSE you have started saying POPS because you just love your pops and can't get enough of him (this is making grams VERY jealous)

*You are reading alot of books and just babble and babble just like your really reading

*You are climbing on everything and anything

*You LOVE to stand up on your zebra toy that Grandpa Thomas and Grandma Heather got you for your birthday and put your hands up in the air as if to say, "Look mom no hands" At this point I try holding back from dying, and get you down as soon as possible

*You love to act like your driving in the car when we let you up front and you say brmmm brmmm just like a car its too cute!

*You are starting to wave and say bye to anyone anywhere that will pay you a little attention

*You have just stopped crying when we pick you up from church which is a big deal

*You are SUCH a mommy's boy and I just can't get enough of you myself

*Everyday when we pull into the driveway after work you go Daddy? Daddy? You know he'll be inside waiting for you

Aunt and Uncle Time!

Eric and I watched Addison and Ethan on Saturday so Amanda and Paul could work on moving the rest of there small stuff over to the new house. I wasn't that worried about watching 3 kids only a year and a half apart BUT Eric sure was! It was remarkably smooth and pretty easy. They all seemed to pretty much entertain each other. The only time we ran into a problem was once we FINALLY made it to the zoo and had 2 kids in the double stroller and somehow got Ryder to sleep in his stroller and I went to unlock the breaks on the double stroller and my shoe just broke.... like tore, like unwearable... so we laughed until we cried and then thought so now what? We have 3 kids all packed and ready to go the zoo, in their strollers and I have no shoes to wear! Thankfully my handy husband used my ponytail holder and bobby pin to somehow rig my flip flop to make it at least wearable for the trip! We had alot of fun and you can DEFINITELY say we are SOO there favorites! :)

It sure was interesting taking all three kids in to eat and figuring out how to sit, and place each of the kids!

We even gave Addison some Sprite! :) She has never had anything carbonated.. well at least that her parents know about :) and all I can say is she sure did like it!

Ethan was so chill the whole day and really just went with the flow!

We had such a fun time and I hope that they are good for me this weekend!! I have all 3 kids BY MYSELF!!! The adults are moving all of the rest of the furniture to the house!

And so IT begins....

 What a day Ryder and I have had.. lets just say the TERRIBLE TERRIBLE 2's have started all in one day! We didn't go a 20 minute period without a melt down, a scream, or a tantrum or ALL THREE today. I am beyond exhausted and I sure hope he is just teething or something because I think I will just die if he is going to act like this for a long time... Here are some rare pictures I got today of him NOT screaming, enjoy.. and the videos.. I have been trying to catch him dancing for a month now and this is the best I have yet....

Eventful Weekend!

This weekend we were pretty busy, I had to work Saturday but Saturday night Eric and I were playing with Ryder in the living room and reading him books. He got excited and started running to Eric with his mouth open and hit the corner of the coffee table mouth wide opened! HE looked awful and he had a good half inch cut on his lip that bled and bled and bled. But after a little while he was ok and just loved on his "boo boo bunny" (its a bunny with an ice cube inside). Then Sunday Eric and I went to one of his close friends wedding. It was SOO beautiful and made me want to have another wedding!! :) Here's a picture that I got from someone else. We searched the house for the camera before we left and when we got there I took it out AND THE BATTERY WAS DEAD! ugh what a waste of time!

Connor is 3!!

Last weekend we went to Connors birthday party and had alot of fun!! Ryder played hard the ENTIRE time!! He LOVED helping open presents and I'm sure Christmas this year with him is going to be really really fun!!! Here are some fun pictures!!!
