Just for Jessi
Jessi we know your mising out on being here to see Ryder so Mommy and I had a little fun with photoshop :) Enjoy!
Nana and Pa and Becky
Nana and Pa and Becky came to visit today and Ryder slept in Nana's arms almost the entire time! Ryder is their first "Great" grandchild. They brought us a delicious lunch which was nice so we didn't have to cook. Thank you!
Bath Time!
Ryder has been peeing on us quite often which is really humerous...last night he peed on us and it went squiriting from the changing table and sprayed all over the wall. I thought Eric and I were going to pee on ourselves too!! So we had to do a bath...and yes he has a rash but the doctor said its completely normal and will go away....
First Doctor's Appointment
Yesterday we had Ryder's first doctors appointment. It went great he was such a good baby and just looked around the entire time. He weighs 6 pounds 12 ounces which is actually an ounce more than the day we left the hospital so that was good news. The doctor said everything is perfectly normal and he is doing great! He had to get his first shot which was sad but he was a good sport and only cried for a second. Here are a few pictures of him in the waiting room.
P.S. I know I'm a little "biased" but don't I have the cutest boy in the world!?!

Were Home!
P.S. Grace is doing great! She even sat by Ryder on my lap while I breastfed. Everytime he would cry she would try to lick him to help him stop! She's being a good big sister!

Mclinky Tuesday
One of my favorite encouraging things is the "Footprints in the Sand Poem" I just love how quick we are to think God has left us in our hard times, but realy he's always there no matter what. Enjoy :)
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.
This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”
The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”
