Wonderful Monday!!

Ryder had a great day today! He usually only smiles when hes pooping or when hes got gas and i can NEVER catch it on camera! BUT today was a new day!! I couldn't get him to STOP!! he is growing up so fast!!

I am doing another "Shows us Your Life Friday" and this Friday it is your favorite dessert recipes...I can not claim this recipe I actually got it from Bakerella she always has AMAZING ideas and fun kid recipes...

Cold & Creamy Banana Pudding
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk1 1/2 cups cold water1 (3.5 ounce) package instant pudding and pie filling2 cups (1 pint) whipped cream, whipped*36 vanilla wafers3 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in lemon juice
In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water.
Add pudding mix and beat until well blended.
Chill 5 minutes in refrigerator.
Fold in whipped topping. (Do this slowly and as few times as you possible to combine, so the mixture will retain its thickness.)
Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl.
Top with 1/3 each of wafers, bananas and pudding. Repeat twice.
Garnish as desired.
Chill thoroughly. Refrigerate any leftovers.
You can also layer in individual serving dishes

Our Little Model In The Making

Ryder has definitely got good looks,

but who knew he would be such a great model...he has the basic model pose down pat as you can see...

he also has great biceps...

but we're DEFINITELY going to have to work on his six pack :)

1 Month Old!

( a few days early)

So I know everyone says "they grow up fast" but I can not believe that he is already a month old! He is growing and changing everyday and I love him more and more everyday. He is starting to be alot more alert and loves his daddy. Everyday when Eric gets home he just stares at him while he talks to him. Here are some pictures and a video of him "playing his guitar" :).

*You now weigh 9 pounds

*You are starting to hold your head up pretty well when we put you on your tummy mat, and hold you on our shoulder

*You eat every 3-4 hours and sometimes give mommy a 5 hour break at night

*You eat 3 1/2 ounces

*You LOVE bathtime exspecially when I wash your hair

*You love to watch Grace jump on the couch

*You are just now wearing newborn tops but still are in your preemie pants

*Daddy thinks you know your left and right, because you follow his finger as he says, "Left, Right" :)

Ryder's First Trip to the Beach!

Jessi's wedding was a good excuse to take Ryder to the beach, although we both couldn't swim in the ocean or the pool, we did get to go out a few days and sit under the umbrella, and of course we went to the beach for Jessi's wedding. Here are a few pictures of the beach AND the deer on the island would come right up to you and eat out of your hand/mouth, so here are a few pictures in front of the house where we stayed....
